人類聚居誕生了海島漁村,在改造自然、適應(yīng)自然的過程中,一種人與自然的和諧發(fā)展,達到了動態(tài)的平衡。中國“天人合一”的傳統(tǒng)營造理念,推進了原始和樸素的人居空間。海南歷經(jīng)千年的開發(fā),漁村發(fā)展為候鳥般旅居的城市,如今悄然開啟多樣化的人文旅居。國際海島人居,是一種傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)相結(jié)合的濱海旅居,是人們心生向往的“大隱隱于島”的現(xiàn)代桃花源。
Fishing villages were born from the inhabitation of human beings. In the course of shaping and adapting to the nature, the relationship of humans and nature developed and reached a kind of dynamic balance, the harmonious coexistence. The traditional Chinese philosophy of “Unity of Man and Nature” on building has help hatch primitive and pure habitable spaces. Hainan has undergone a development of thousand years, and formed migratory living cities and now softly starts a diverse humanitarian living mode. Humans travelling and residing in international islands is a coastal lifestyle that combines the traditional culture with the modern service. It is a desire of modern people toward a retreat on islands, leading a secluded life just like the peach blossom spring (a poem written by Tao Yuanming, a famous Chinese poet and politician during the Six Dynasties period).

??诮瓥|新區(qū)位于海口東海岸區(qū)域,東起東寨港,西至南渡江,北臨東海岸線,南至繞城高速二期和212省道,總面積298平方公里。整體劃分為東部生態(tài)功能區(qū)和西部產(chǎn)城融合區(qū),東部生態(tài)功能區(qū)約106平方公里,包含33平方公里的東寨港國家級自然保護區(qū);西部產(chǎn)城融合區(qū)約192平方公里,整體分為“一港雙心四組團”,即:以美蘭國際空港為核心的臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)、濱海生態(tài)總部聚集中心、濱江活力中心、文化交往組團、綜合服務(wù)組團、離岸創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)組團、高教科研組團。
Jiangdong New Area is located in the east coast of Haikou. It starts from Dongzhai Harbour in the east, to the Nandu River in the west; from the east coastline in the north, to the Ring Road (Phase II) and 212 Provincial Highway in the south. With a total area about 298 square kilometers, it is divided into the eastern ecological functional area and the western industry-city integration area. The former takes up about 106 square kilometers, including 33 square kilometers of the international important wetland Dongzhai Harbour National Nature Reserve; the latter occupies an area of about 192 square kilometers, with an overall structure planning of “one port double heart convergence of four groups” including the airport economic zone with focus on Meilan International Airport, coastal ecological headquarters gathering center, coastal vitality center, cultural exchange cluster, comprehensive service cluster, offshore innovation and entrepreneurship cluster, higher education and scientific research cluster.

江東新區(qū)市場化商品房項目,地塊編號JDGJ-03-D05,位于海口市江東新區(qū)振海四橫路東側(cè),仁恒濱江園項目北側(cè),地塊用地面積約15939.9㎡(約24畝)??蛻魧Φ貐^(qū)未來發(fā)展、教育配套、生活環(huán)境以及居住的室內(nèi)空間關(guān)注度較高。
The market-centered commercial housing project, plot code JDGJ-03-D05, is located in Jiangdong New Area, Haikou City, bordering Zhenhai Four Heng Road on the west and Haikou Yanlord Gardens on the south. 1、項目位于江東新區(qū)高教科研組團-濱海紅樹林片區(qū),毗鄰東寨港紅樹林濕地公園、東海岸及振家溪,周邊自然景觀優(yōu)越。哈羅國際學校、寰島實驗學校、仁恒濱江園、萬華江東麓島等高端教育及國際社區(qū)環(huán)抱,目前已形成江東新區(qū)國際品質(zhì)居住片區(qū)。地塊周邊交通路網(wǎng)豐富。
由于項目自身地塊較小、形狀不規(guī)整、配套面積較多,建議結(jié)合地塊現(xiàn)有條件,通過項目整體規(guī)劃設(shè)計實現(xiàn)整體居住社區(qū)的體驗感,設(shè)計得房率高、贈送面積大的高溢價產(chǎn)品。
2、項目配建一處12班幼兒園,占地面積不小于4680㎡,建筑面積不小于3182㎡;配套一處社區(qū)服務(wù)中心,包含社區(qū)服務(wù)站建筑面積不小于1000㎡;文化活動站建筑面積不小于1000㎡;老年人日間照料中心建筑面積不小于500㎡。

1. The project is located in the higher education and scientific research cluster of Jiangdong New Area, the mangrove forests p, neighboring Dongzhai Harbour Mangrove Forests Wetland Park, East Coastline and Zhenjia River, with abundant natural resources. Surrounded by high-end education institutions and international communities that include Harrow School, Huandao Senior High School, Haikou Yanlord Gardens and Wide Horizon Luxeisland, it formed an international high quality residential p in Jiangdong New Area. The surrounding transportation network of the plot is very convenient.
The project has a small plot area and an irregular land shape as well as a large area for supporting facilities. And thus, it is suggested to combine the existing plot conditions with the overall planning and design for the project. The design shall create a sense of living in a residential community, realizing premium products with high efficiency rate and large free area.
2. The supporting facilities of the project: a 12 classes kindergarten with a land area of not less than 4,680㎡ and a flooring area of not less than 3,182㎡; a community service center, including community service station, with a flooring area of not less than 1,000㎡; a cultural activity station with a flooring area of not less than 1,000㎡; an elderly day care center with a flooring area of not less than 500㎡.
3. The building alignment rate of newly constructed buildings on the plot along eastern side, northern side and western side roads shall not be less than 70%, and that along southern side roads not less than 50%; when the building street wall is pasted with the red line of building setback and the fire fighting site, it can be included in the calculation of the building alignment rate. 1、充分利用地塊周邊教育、醫(yī)療及運動等資源,完善社區(qū)生活配套,形成共榮共生的都市生活圈;最大化挖掘景觀資源,充分利用江東生態(tài)本底自然景觀,樹立江東人居新標桿;打通城市交通連接,形成開放式街區(qū)營造,聯(lián)動區(qū)域生活,打造江東社區(qū)人居新典范;營造溫馨舒適的鄰里關(guān)系,創(chuàng)造充滿人文關(guān)懷的高品質(zhì)社區(qū)生活。
2、主要功能:住宅+配套商業(yè)+配建社區(qū)服務(wù)中心+配建幼兒園;建筑形式:采用裝配式建造的比例不低于50%;住宅戶型要求:考慮疊墅類為主、洋房類為輔等高溢價產(chǎn)品(疊拼形式:僅接受上下兩疊);戶型面積段:疊墅類200-260㎡,洋房類125-160㎡。
3、符合城市規(guī)劃和項目功能要求,設(shè)計深度達到方案設(shè)計深度要求,包含但不僅限于建筑功能構(gòu)成、總平面布局、建筑立面、建筑效果等。概念方案設(shè)計成果和方案深化設(shè)計成果需包含室內(nèi)、景觀概念方案(包含示范區(qū)、售樓處及樣板間)。
4、符合國家和海南當?shù)亟ㄖO(shè)計規(guī)范,在設(shè)計條件基礎(chǔ)上,參賽者需考慮設(shè)計的實用性、在地性、創(chuàng)新性、落地性,充分表現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新力、市場競爭力,滿足海南當?shù)乜腿旱娜司有枨蟆?/p>
1. To fully use the surrounding resources of the plot including education, medical care and sports, to enhance the community living supporting facilities, and to form a symbiotic urban life circle; to maximize the exploitation of the landscape resources, to fully use the ecological nature of Jiangdong New Area, and to erect a new standard model for human habitat in Jiangdong New Area; to provide convenient transportation, and to pay attention to creating an atmosphere of open streets as well as good community relationship and high quality life.
2. Main functions: residential + supporting commercial + supporting community service center + supporting kindergarten; architectural style: to adopt fabricated construction with a proportion not less than 50%; housing layout requirement: to consider premium residential products with townhouse as main category and garden villa as partial category (for semi-detached villa, it is restricted to two folds of upper and down floors); housing unit area: townhouse 200~260㎡, garden villa 125~160㎡.
3. It shall comply with the urban plan and the project requirements for functions. The contents of the design shall meet the requirements for the schematic design, including but not limited to architectural function composition, site plan, elevation, renderings, etc. The contents of the conceptual design and the detailed schematic design shall include the conceptual scheme of interior and landscape (including demonstration area, sales center and show flat).
4. It shall comply with state and local rules of PRC for architectural design. On the basis of the design conditions, participants shall consider the practicality, locality, innovation and landing in the design, and fully present the innovative power, market competitive strength, as well as meet the needs of local clients for human habitat in Hainan.

1、競賽獲獎選手需要按照以下要求提交概念方案設(shè)計成果:
1)方案設(shè)計解讀:對建筑、室內(nèi)、園林景觀及場景設(shè)計方案的系統(tǒng)說明。
2)方案文本:建筑方案匯報材料,同時提供PDF、PPT格式。
3)技術(shù)圖紙:
(1)總平面圖,提供彩色總平面圖,CAD格式;
(2)場地剖面圖,CAD格式;
(3)單體建筑平面圖、剖面圖、立面圖,提供典型樓棟平立剖、特殊節(jié)點大樣(如有)、SU模型,平面圖、剖面圖CAD格式,立面圖JPG格式。
4)經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標表:整體指標表,需考慮3%裝配式計容獎勵面積,EXCEL格式。
5)效果圖:鳥瞰圖1張、沿街透視圖1張、單體建筑透視圖、室內(nèi)意向圖、園林景觀意向圖,JPG格式。
I. The winners of the competition shall submit contents of the conceptual design according to the requirements as stated below:
1. Design description: to systematically describe the scheme of architecture, interior, gardening landscape and the design of scenes.
2. Scheme report: architectural scheme report, to provide both PDF and PPT formats.
3. Technical drawings:
(1) site plan, to provide a colored site plan, CAD format;
(2) p of the site, CAD format;
(3) single building plan, p and elevation, to provide typical building plan, p, elevation, special details(if there is), su model, with plan and p in CAD format and elevation in JPG format.
4. Technical and economic indicators table: overall indicators table, to consider 3% fabricated FAR bonus area, EXCEL format.
5. Renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 1 rendering of street view perspective, single building perspective, interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure, all of them in JPG format.
2、深化合作單位需要按照以下要求提交方案深化設(shè)計成果:
1)方案設(shè)計解讀:對建筑、室內(nèi)、園林景觀及場景設(shè)計方案的系統(tǒng)說明。
2)方案文本:建筑方案文本,提供深化版建筑方案文本,含室內(nèi)、景觀概念方案、區(qū)位分析圖、項目區(qū)位圖、現(xiàn)狀分析圖、用地條件分析圖、出入口條件分析、總平面圖、豎向分析圖、消防分析圖、交通流線分析圖、公共配建分析圖、景觀分析圖、綠化分析圖、日照分析圖, PDF格式。
3)技術(shù)圖紙:
(1)總平面圖,提供彩色總平面圖,CAD格式;
(2)地庫平面圖,平時、戰(zhàn)時(人防明確規(guī)模和范圍),CAD格式;
(3)場地剖面圖,CAD格式;
(4)單體建筑平面圖、剖面圖、立面圖,典型樓棟平立剖、特殊節(jié)點大樣(如有)、SU模型,平面圖、剖面圖CAD格式,立面圖JPG格式。
4)經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標表:整體指標表,需考慮計容面積的3%裝配式計容獎勵面積,EXCEL格式。
5)效果圖:鳥瞰圖1張、沿街透視圖2張、夜景效果圖1張、單體建筑透視圖(住宅、商業(yè)、幼兒園、社區(qū)入口各1張)、室內(nèi)意向圖、園林景觀意向圖,JPG格式。
6)成本估算:提供建筑方案創(chuàng)意階段深度的成本數(shù)據(jù)。
7)其他工作:
(1)與擴初圖及施工圖設(shè)計單位進行設(shè)計交底(包括但不限于建筑、景觀、精裝設(shè)計單位);
(2)完成建筑擴初圖及施工圖(含園林景觀、泛光照明、室內(nèi)裝修等專項方案)審核;
(3)施工配合階段:包括但不限于審查現(xiàn)場外立面樣板,檢查外立面飾面,審核外立面施工以及與設(shè)計方案的落地一致性。對建筑專業(yè)分色圖紙和材料進行審閱。
II. The detailed cooperation unit shall submit contents of the detailed schematic design according to the requirements as stated below:
1. Design description: to systematically describe the scheme of architecture, interior, gardening landscape and the design of scenes.
2. Scheme report: architectural scheme report, to provide the detailed architectural scheme report in PDF format, including the conceptual scheme of interior and landscape, location analysis, site location, current conditions analysis, land conditions analysis, entrance/exit condition analysis, site plan, vertical analysis diagram, firefighting analysis diagram, traffic circulation analysis diagram, public supporting facilities analysis diagram, landscape analysis diagram, greening analysis diagram, sunlight analysis diagram. .
3. Technical drawings:
(1) site plan, to provide a colored site plan, CAD format;
(2) basement plan, daily and wartime (with clear scale and scope for air defense), CAD format;
(3) p of the site, CAD format;
(4) single building plan, p and elevation, to provide typical building plan, p, elevation, special details(if there is), su model, with plan and p in CAD format and elevation in JPG format.
4. Technical and economic indicators table: overall indicators table, to consider 3% fabricated FAR bonus area for the FAR building area, EXCEL format.
5. Renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 2 renderings of street view perspective, 1 rendering of night view, single building perspective (each residential, commercial, kindergarten, community entrance with 1 rendering respectively), interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure, all of them in JPG format.
6. Cost estimation: to provide the detailed cost data for the architectural scheme phase of innovative idea.
7. Other works:
(1) design clarifications to the developing design and construction drawings design units (including but not limited to design units of architecture, landscape and interior);
(2) complete the approval of architectural developing design drawings and construction drawings (including special project schemes of gardening landscape, floodlight, interior decoration, etc.);
(3) construction cooperation phase: including but not limited to inspecting on-site façade samples, checking up decorative façade surface, and approving façade construction and if it complies with the landing of the design scheme; to review the architectural drawings of color separation and materials.

1、方案需整體呈現(xiàn)于不少于4張,至多12張A2縱向圖紙上,要求圖紙清晰,標注可讀(頁邊距8mm),包含:
-報名編號:位于圖紙右上角,字體Arial,字號20。
-內(nèi)容構(gòu)成:
1)概念說明文字:不超過1200字,設(shè)計理念、總平面布局與環(huán)境設(shè)計、單體建筑構(gòu)思、功能、造型、結(jié)構(gòu)選型、經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(需考慮3%裝配式計容獎勵面積)等。
2)設(shè)計圖:中英文設(shè)計說明,彩色總平面圖,場地剖面圖,單體建筑平面圖、剖面圖、立面圖,特殊節(jié)點大樣等。
3)彩色效果圖:
鳥瞰圖1張、沿街透視圖1張、單體建筑透視圖、室內(nèi)意向圖、園林景觀意向圖。
*需要通過分析圖及文字對方案進行詳盡闡述,確認方案清晰可讀。
2、提交兩版資料:資料A為JPG格式,每張圖紙大小不超過10M(designverse設(shè)計宇宙官網(wǎng)在線提交);資料B為原始高分辨率PDF(competition@youngbird.com.cn)。
3、參賽方案自行命名,命名盡量簡潔,請按照“報名號-方案名稱”格式命名文件夾。
4、作品提交語言:中英雙語或英語。
5、圖紙盡量按照總圖-分析-單體-局部方式進行排布,可酌情自行調(diào)整。
6、封面:作品需上傳封面,封面為作品的主視覺,尺寸為1045*654,72dpi,2MB以內(nèi)。
7、所有圖紙和文字說明中,請勿透露參賽者身份信息(如姓名、公司等),如有違反,將取消參賽資格。
8、入選20強的選手需根據(jù)RIBA官方通知錄制五分鐘以內(nèi)作品解說視頻參與五強評選。
1. A scheme shall be presented in at least four, no more than 12 A2 sheets in a clear, vertical way and in readable format (with a 8mm page margin) and include following parts:
-Registration No. shall be put in the bottom right corner of the sheets, in Arial 20pt font;
-Contents are as below:
1) Descriptive text on concept within 1200 words, design idea, general layout and environmental design, single building concept, function, style, structure scheme, technical and economic indicators (considering 3% fabricated FAR bonus area), etc.
2) The drawings should be with caption in English and Chinese, and include colored site plan, p of the site, single building plan, p and elevation, special details, etc.
3) Color renderings: 1 rendering of aerial view, 1 rendering of street view perspective, single building perspective, interior intention figure, gardening landscape intention figure
*Through diagrams and text, the scheme shall be narrated in details and be sure of its clarity and readability.
2. Two versions of materials shall be submitted. Sheets of Version A in JPG format (no larger than 10MB for each) can be submitted; Sheets of Version B in PDF format (original high definition for each) can be submitted.
3. A scheme title shall be named as simple as possible; the scheme shall be saved in the "registration No. – scheme title – sheet No.1/No.2/No.3/No.4" format;
4. A scheme shall be submitted in bilingual (English and Chinese) or English;
5. It is best to submit drawings according to the order of site plan – diagrams – single building – partial. It can be adjusted under certain circumstance;
6. The cover must be submitted online which is the key visual of your design work; it must be uploaded in the size of 1045×654 pixels, 72 dpi, less than 2MB.
7. Among all drawings as well as descriptive text, please do not disclose the Entrant’s information on identity including name, company, etc. Any form of violation against this rule means automatic disqualification.
8. The Entrants selected into the Top 20 shall shoot a video of narrating their works within five minutes according to the official notice of RIBA, so as to compete for the Top 5 of the competition.

According to the competition concept and design goals, the following principles are set for the basic evaluation:
1. Principle of practicality: Products shall have a competitive strength in the market. In terms of operation and sales, the design shall consider the output of the project investment, helping the project gain a higher rate of investment.
2. Principle of locality: The design shall meet the needs of local clients for human habitat in Hainan. The design shall be themed with international islands and future residence, comply with the new trend of modern people’s lifestyle when residing in international islands. The design shall consider the relations of city, architecture, environment and human activities, fully use the surrounding resources, fully integrate into the built environment of Jiangdong New Area, and erect a new standard model for human habitat in Jiangdong New Area.
3. Principle of landing: The design shall comply with relative state and local rules and regulations of PRC. After the consideration of principle stated above, participants shall fully consider the landing and implementation of the conceptual design scheme in China.
4. Principle of innovation: Products shall have an innovative power. The future of living scenes for humans shall be seen in the design, forward-looking and advanced, providing diverse, personalized, innovative thinking, with aesthetics. The goal of the project is to create high-end boutique housing.
5. Principle of scientific technology and environmental protection: On the basis of beautiful and applicable principles, the design shall present the sustainable development idea of scientific and intelligent technology and green ecology. After the consideration of all the principles stated above, the principle of environmental protection will be deemed as one of the evaluation criteria.

1、本次競賽公開報名不設(shè)資質(zhì)限制,境內(nèi)外有相關(guān)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗的設(shè)計機構(gòu)(獨立法人資格的公司/企業(yè)或具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力的其他組織)均可報名參加。不接受個人或個人組合的報名。
2、本次競賽允許聯(lián)合體報名,聯(lián)合體成員(含聯(lián)合體牽頭單位)數(shù)量共計不得超過3家。聯(lián)合體牽頭單位須為建筑設(shè)計團隊。聯(lián)合體的各方不得以單獨名義,或與其他設(shè)計機構(gòu)另組聯(lián)合體參加此次競賽。
3、競賽鼓勵團隊由建筑設(shè)計、城市設(shè)計、景觀設(shè)計、室內(nèi)設(shè)計等多專業(yè)人員組成。
4、參賽者應(yīng)在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)限提交一個方案,方案應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)指標要求。競賽冠軍在方案深化設(shè)計階段輸出成果應(yīng)接近報建文本深度。
5、團隊所有成員均需預(yù)先在競賽數(shù)據(jù)支持單位designverse設(shè)計宇宙官網(wǎng)注冊,再由組長邀請完成組隊,常見問題請關(guān)注官網(wǎng)Q & A 。
1. This competition is open to all design agencies with related design practice domestically and worldwide (companies/enterprises with qualification of independent legal person or organizations with the ability of bearing civil liability independently). Individuals or groups of individuals are not accepted for registration.
2. Registration by a consortium is accepted in the competition. The member quantity of the consortium (including the leading member) shall not exceed 3. Each party of the consortium shall not participate in this competition in its own name, nor does it form another consortium with other design agencies. The leading member of the consortium shall be an architectural design team.
3. A multi-disciplinary team is encouraged in the competition including majors of architectural design, urban design, landscape design and interior design, etc.
4. Participants shall submit only one scheme within the stipulated time. And the scheme shall meet the related index requirements. The champion of the competition shall complete the detailed schematic design according to the requirements and submit the contents of design that reach the design result for application of construction approval.

本次競賽將在入圍及獲獎選手中進一步產(chǎn)生深化合作單位,深化合作階段合同額人民幣700,000元(稅前)。
The detailed schematic design cooperation unit will be further selected from the award winners and shortlists of the competition. For the detailed schematic design phase, the contract design fee is RMB 700,000 (pre-tax).
最終的獎項設(shè)置以競賽官網(wǎng)發(fā)布為準。所有獎金均由項目資方??诮瓥|新區(qū)城市投資有限公司出資。本次大賽對外公布名次后,資方與獲獎選手簽訂協(xié)議(獲獎作品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓協(xié)議)后直接向獲獎選手支付獎金,資方也將直接與深化合作單位簽訂方案深化設(shè)計合同。
The final awards-setting is subject to designverse official website. All the prizes are invested by Haikou Jiangdong New Area City Investment Co., Ltd., the project investor. After the public release of the winning result of the competition, the project investor will sign the agreement (the intellectual property rights transfer agreement on the awarded works) with the winners and pay the prizes directly to the winners; the project investor will directly sign the detailed schematic design contract with the detailed cooperation unit as well.
其中,資方與獲獎選手簽訂協(xié)議(獲獎作品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓協(xié)議)后,即視為獲獎作品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)已轉(zhuǎn)讓給資方,資方擁有獲獎選手獲獎作品的著作權(quán)(包括但不限于所有權(quán)、修改權(quán)、發(fā)布權(quán)、使用權(quán)、復(fù)制權(quán)、發(fā)行權(quán)等),有權(quán)對設(shè)計作品進行修改、組合和應(yīng)用,獲獎選手僅保有署名權(quán)等人身權(quán)利。獲獎選手不得自行使用或轉(zhuǎn)讓給第三方。
The project investor signing the agreement (the intellectual property rights transfer agreement on the entry work) with the winner means that the intellectual property rights for the entry work has been transferred to the project investor except the right of authorship. The project investor owns the copyright of the entry work of the winner (including but not limited to the right to possess, compile, publish, employ, reproduce, distribute, etc. ), and has the rights to adapt, compile and apply the entry works. The winner retains the right of authorship and shall not use the work on his/her own or commission any third party to do so.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, by participating in this competition, each Entrant irrevocably agrees to abide by the below statements about the copyrights for all submissions.
■Statement of Originality
All submissions must be original, and each Entrant shall ensure that his/her entry does not infringe any third party’s rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and so on. Otherwise, the Entrant will be disqualified from the competition, and the organizer will withdraw all the sponsorship money and materials and reserve the right to investigate and affix legal liability of infringement. All damages and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the Entrant; and all the direct and indirect damages (including but not limited to attorney fees, legal fees, costs of preservation, appraisal costs, notarial fees, and so on) suffered by the organizer shall be compensated by the Entrant.
■Statement of Consent
By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to authorize the organizer to publicly display the work in the form of credited or hidden names to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition, and accepts the online selection process. And before uploading a submission, each Entrant must confirm that he/she has read and fully understands all of the clauses, and accepts them. The judging panel reserves the right to make a final decision on entry assessment and award list. According to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the Competition Commission will invite professionals of each field to form the Jury and work on the appraisal of entry. If there is any dispute on entry, please contact and report to the Competition Commission with corresponding proof (such as related files of the plagiarized work). If the plagiarism is verified and confirmed after investigation, it means automatic disqualification either on participating in the Competition or on winning an award.*In any circumstance, the Entrant shall not contact or try to contact any member of the Jury. Any form of violation against this rule means automatic disqualification. The submission of work by the Entrant refers to the Entrant agree the organizer of the Competition to have the sole right of priority on obtaining the intellectual property of the entry work based on purchasing. Before the final release of the Competition’s result, the confidentiality of the entry work shall be protected by the Entrant till Champion of the Design Competition of International Islands and the Future Residence is formally announced. Located on the beautiful east coast of Haikou City, Hainan Province, the Jiangdong New Area of Haikou covers an area of 298 square kilometers. Jiangdong New Area comes into being due to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and undertakes the special mission of Hainan Free Trade Port pilot demonstration zone. Jiangdong New District has a unique location and convenient transportation, with an important national trunk airport; With beautiful glorious ecology and superior resources, it has the largest contiguous mangrove wetland area in China, as well as beautiful superior coastline resources stretching 31 kilometers. Planning form "one port double heart convergence of four groups, ten creek village tian, thousands of acres of wetlands, ten thousand acres of the garden" of the spatial structure of urban and rural ecological civilization depended, contains the headquarters of the airport economic zone, Coastal ecological headquarters area (ecological CBD), cultural exchanges group, integrated services group, offshore group innovative undertaking and the education scientific research group and so on six big industry group. Since its establishment in 2018, Jiangdong New Area has been forging ahead with rapid progress, basically opening the urban framework and taking shape in key areas. It has become a new benchmark for Hainan Province to comprehensively deepen reform and open in the new era, and a Magnificent name card to show China's style and image.
Jiangdong New Area is committed to the development of the modern service industry, focusing on the design industry clustering to form an international design island under the background of free trade port. In 2021, Jiangdong New Area held the first World Architecture & Technology Innovation Conference WATIC, which opened a new height of Jiangdong New Area's international display, and then the overall image of the new area will be a comprehensive promotion of internationalization.
At present, Jiangdong New Area, as one of the 11 key parks of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, needs to show the style of a "pilot area of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up", carry forward regional culture, and promote the spirit of pilot image demonstration area of a free trade port. The vision will start by improving the image of Jiangdong New Area. In order to improve the publicity of the construction of Free Trade Port in Jiangdong New Area, fully create the public display atmosphere in the pilot demonstration area, and improve the public's good impression of Jiangdong New area, Jiangdong New Area will create a set of visual image recognition system with its own characteristics to publicize Jiangdong to the world.
This international competition is also supported by RIBA Cityroom @ SJTU. Gathering excellent creative, design and academic resource from the world to co-construct the "Envision the east coast". It will be an integration of industry, education and research, and is destined to become a new visual icon and city branding for Jiangdong New Area.

本次競賽項目由??诮瓥|新區(qū)管理局主辦,江東新區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)有限責任公司、RIBA上海交大城市研究室、世界建筑科技創(chuàng)新大會WATIC、協(xié)辦、支持及發(fā)布,力求為??诮瓥|新區(qū)探索這座城市獨有的視覺形象和虛擬體驗。以此為契機,提高江東新區(qū)自貿(mào)港建設(shè)的宣傳力度和品牌感知度,弘揚自貿(mào)港先行形象示范區(qū)精神,讓江東新區(qū)的文化特色和城市精神以設(shè)計為窗口,向四海傳達。
此次設(shè)計競賽的設(shè)計范圍包括以下內(nèi)容:
This competition is sponsored by Haikou Jiangdong New Area Administration Bureau, Co organized, supported and released by Jiangdong New Area Development and Construction Co., Ltd., World Architecture Technology Innovation Conference WATIC, RIBA Cityroom @ SJTU, and strives to explore the unique visual image and experience of Hainan Jiangdong New Area. We are taking this opportunity to improve the publicity and brand awareness of the construction of the free trade port in Jiangdong new area, carry forward the spirit of the pilot image demonstration area of the free trade port, and let the cultural characteristics and urban spirit of Jiangdong new area be conveyed to the world through design.
The design scope of this design competition includes the following:
VIS視覺形象識別系統(tǒng):
包含但不限于如下內(nèi)容:
1)LOGO系統(tǒng):需含有中英文形式包含品牌LOGO中英文組合方式、中文簡稱、英文簡稱,各類色彩搭配(附色彩搭配專用表)。
2)品牌專用標準字體設(shè)定:品牌標準字中文、英文設(shè)定。
3)品牌標準色彩與輔助色彩設(shè)定:品牌標準色、牌輔助色、標志的色彩搭配專用表、特殊印刷工藝色。
4)輔助圖形設(shè)定:輔助圖形設(shè)計、輔助圖形色彩運用設(shè)定、 輔助圖形使用示例。
Visual Image System:
Including but not limited to the following:
1) Logo system: it needs to contain Chinese and English forms including the combination of Chinese and English, Chinese abbreviation, English abbreviation of the brand logo, and various color collocations (with a special table for color collocation).
2) Brand specific standard font setting: brand standard font is set in Chinese and English.
3) Brand standard color and auxiliary color setting: brand standard color, brand auxiliary color, special table for color matching of signs, and special printing process color.
4) Auxiliary graphics settings: auxiliary graphics design, auxiliary graphics color application settings, auxiliary graphics use examples.
CI系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用:
采用全新設(shè)計的視覺形象識別系統(tǒng)進行CI系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用設(shè)計,可選擇以下三類物料中的一類進行擴展設(shè)計:
1)媒體物料:推文封面圖、推文頭圖、推文尾圖。
2)宣發(fā)物料:海報版式、道旗版式、PPT版式、Word/信紙版式。
3)文創(chuàng)物料:筆記本設(shè)計、一次性紙杯設(shè)計、絲巾設(shè)計。
CI system application:
The newly designed visual image recognition system is used for the application design of CI system, and one of the following three types of materials can be selected for expansion design:
1) Media materials: tweet cover, tweet header and tweet footer.
2) Promotional materials: poster format, road flag format, PPT format, word / stationery format.
3) Cultural and creative materials: notebook design, disposable paper cup design, silk scarf design.

參賽者從??诮瓥|新區(qū)出發(fā),其最終設(shè)計結(jié)果為突出江東新區(qū)內(nèi)在特點和挖掘城市人文內(nèi)涵為基準,并將其延展為多元化的視覺形象識別系統(tǒng)。
1、設(shè)計人需注重設(shè)計作品的首創(chuàng)性和落地性,主題鮮明。
2、設(shè)計人需結(jié)合海口江東新區(qū)區(qū)域特點創(chuàng)作有區(qū)域特色的設(shè)計方案,需要注重形象美觀,形式簡潔明快。
3、體現(xiàn)獨特優(yōu)勢。設(shè)計方案要體現(xiàn)??诮瓥|新區(qū)打造“海南樣板”的先行形象示范區(qū),展現(xiàn)“全面深化改革開放試驗區(qū)”的戰(zhàn)略定位,展現(xiàn)海口江東新區(qū)“未來城市樣板”的形象特征。
4、彰顯精神內(nèi)涵。設(shè)計方案要有鮮明的創(chuàng)意和表現(xiàn)形式,具有藝術(shù)感染力和象征意義,結(jié)合海南自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)精神,充分彰顯海口江東新區(qū)“敢闖敢試、敢為人先、埋頭苦干”的核心理念。
5、易于傳播推廣。設(shè)計方案要構(gòu)思新穎、簡潔大方、莊重美觀,辨識度高、標識性強,便于整體運用到宣傳推介、會議展覽以及衍生產(chǎn)品制作等方面。
6、注重原創(chuàng)品質(zhì)。設(shè)計方案必須為原創(chuàng),不得侵犯第三方權(quán)利。應(yīng)征方案中不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)任何與創(chuàng)作者有關(guān)的信息。若應(yīng)征方案發(fā)生侵權(quán)糾紛,由作者本人(或單位)承擔相應(yīng)的法律責任,并取消參選資格。
7、符合法律規(guī)定。設(shè)計方案中不得含有任何違反國家憲法及法律規(guī)定的內(nèi)容。
8、設(shè)計人提交的方案應(yīng)完整,不得遺漏設(shè)計要求的內(nèi)容。
9、電子文件要求:電子文件在文件編排組織上要清晰、明確。
The participants started from Jiangdong New Area in Haikou, and the final design result was based on highlighting the internal characteristics of Jiangdong new area and excavating the cultural connotation of the city, and extending it into a diversified visual image recognition system.
1. The designer should pay attention to the originality and landing of the design works, with clear themes.
2. The designer needs to create a design scheme with regional characteristics in combination with the regional characteristics of Haikou Jiangdong new area, and pay attention to the beautiful image and concise and lively form.
3. Reflect unique advantages. The design scheme should reflect the strategic positioning of Haikou Jiangdong new area to build a "Hainan model" leading image demonstration area, and show the image characteristics of Haikou Jiangdong new area as a "future city model".
4. Highlight the spiritual connotation. The design scheme should have distinctive creativity and expression forms, have artistic appeal and symbolic significance, combine with the construction spirit of Hainan free trade port, and fully demonstrate the core concept of Haikou Jiangdong new area "daring to break new ground, try new things, be the first and work hard".
5. Easy to spread and popularize. The design scheme should be novel, concise, elegant, solemn and beautiful, with high recognition and strong identification, so as to facilitate the overall application in publicity and promotion, conference and exhibition, and derivative product production.
6. Pay attention to original quality. The design scheme must be original and shall not infringe the rights of third parties. There should be no information related to the creator in the application scheme. In case of any infringement dispute in the application scheme, the author (or unit) shall bear the corresponding legal liability and be disqualified.
7. Comply with legal provisions. The design scheme shall not contain any content that violates the national constitution and laws.
8. The scheme submitted by the designer shall be complete and shall not omit the contents required by the design.
9. Requirements for electronic documents: the arrangement and organization of electronic documents shall be clear and definite.

1、提交的設(shè)計方案需配有文字說明(500字以內(nèi))。
2、設(shè)計成果需滿足設(shè)計范圍的內(nèi)容,方案作品以平面方式提交照片,每幅圖片須為A3(420×297mm)規(guī)格,精度不大于300dpi,RGB 模式,不超過5M,jpg格式保存。
3、最終選定的設(shè)計人需提供所有設(shè)計文件的電子版光盤一套,設(shè)計成果為DOC格式、JPG格式、PPT格式,可編輯的AI或cdr格式。

Founded in May 2015, Xixian New Area Silk Road Culture Tourism Development Co., Ltd. has registered capital of RMB 1 billion, 66% and 34% of which are contributed by Shaanxi Travel Group and Fengxi New City respectively. The company is mainly specialized in development and construction of the Scenic City on the Silk Road, takes on the important historical mission of carrying out "The Belt and Road" national policy by Shaanxi Travel Group and shoulders the grand development target of making the sector of "king-shaped (王in Chinese)" cultural tourism industry layout of Shaanxi Travel Group in Central Shaanxi Plain bigger and stronger.

旅行+主題樂園“Travel + Theme Park”(原絲路風情園)是陜西省三十二個重大文化項目之一的“絲綢之路風情城”核心項目,位于咸陽市區(qū)南部,灃西新城內(nèi),距周邊大型交通中心均在一小時車程內(nèi)。項目占地548畝,北臨天元路,南接紅光路,西靠興科,東接灃渭大道。
As the core project of "Scenic City on the Silk Road", one of the 32 major culture projects in Shaanxi, Travel + Theme Park is located in southern Xianyang and in Fengxi New City and is one-hour's drive away from large traffic centers around. Covering an area of 548mu, the project is adjacent to Tianyuan Road in the north, Hongguang Road in the south, Xingke in the west and Fengwei Avenue in the east.
項目基于“一帶一路”的偉大戰(zhàn)略及漢文化深度挖掘的重要意義,依托區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,旨在建成一個以絲路發(fā)源為始端,匯聚陸上和海上絲路中的重要節(jié)點,以多樣化的建筑風格、色彩斑斕、裝飾性強的地域景觀及豐富多變的主題項目為特色,融入高科技手段,打造 “旅游演藝、影視主題、中國古代童話園、互動體驗家庭游”四位一體、別具一格的旅游項目,填補陜西乃至整個西北地區(qū)游樂園區(qū)相對匱乏的深壑。
Based on the grand strategy of "The Belt and Road" and the great significance of Chinese culture tapped, efforts will be made, relying on the superior regional advantages, to develop a unique travel project by taking the origin of the Silk Road as the starting point, gathering important nodes along the Continental Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road, employing diversified architectural styles and gorgeous and magnificent regional landscapes as well as abundant themes, and also integrating "tourism performing art, film and television themes, China's ancient fairy gardens and interactive experience family travel" so as to increase the number of scarce amusements parks in Shaanxi and even in the northwest China.
項目巧妙地通過水陸相合的空間構(gòu)造手法,打造東亞·夢回東方、中亞·探秘樓蘭、西亞·童話世界、歐洲·奇幻森林、印度·激情暢想、入口服務(wù)區(qū)等六個主題游樂區(qū),設(shè)置玄奘塔、穿越火焰山、醉美長安城等30余個特色游樂項目。同時以《馬可波羅東方之行》等大型系列實景演出為核心項目,打造全國首家文化演藝主題樂園、絲綢之路文化潮流體驗中心。共設(shè)置“全家總動員”、“寶貝親子游”“青春激情游”“浪漫情侶游”、四條主題游線。
In ingenious land-water combined spatial structure construction techniques, six theme recreation areas, including East Asia-A Dream to the Orient, Central Asia-A Mysterious Journey to Loulan, West Asia-Fairy Tale World, Europe-The Jungle Book, India-Great Imagination and Entrance Service Area, will be created. Moreover, more than 30 characteristic amusement projects will be developed, such as Xuanzang Tower, Travel to the Mountain of Flames and Beautiful Chang'an City. At the same time, taking such large series live-action performances as The Travels of Marco Polo to the East as the core project, efforts will be made to create China's first cultural performance theme park and culture experience center of the Silk Road. The four theme tour lines to be rendered include "Family Mobilization", "Parent-Children Tour", "Youth Tour" and "Romance Tour".
預(yù)計項目總投資將達到30億元,2017年11月將全面啟動,預(yù)計2019年6月開園。
The project is expected to have RMB 3 billion of investment, fully commenced in November 2017 and put into service in June 2019.
項目建成后將會帶來提供大量就業(yè)機會,對于城市休閑功能完善、大西安新中心城市建設(shè)有著強大的推動作用。同時也將全面展現(xiàn)西安作為絲綢之路起點的文化內(nèi)涵和優(yōu)勢,促進西安乃至陜西省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化發(fā)展。
After the completion of the project, a great amount of job opportunities will be created and powerful driving force generated for the improvement of urban leisure functions and construction of new key city of grand Xi'an. Meanwhile, the cultural connotation and superiorities of Xi'an as the starting point of the Silk Road will be fully demonstrated so as to facilitate the optimized development of the tourism industry of Xi'an and even Shaanxi Province.

1.大賽組委會對所有參賽作品擁有展示、出版和宣傳的權(quán)利。其他任何單位和個人不得將本次大賽的獲獎作品的設(shè)計方案進行宣傳、出版、展覽等,并不得向第三方轉(zhuǎn)讓,否則,組委會追究其法律責任。對于獲獎作品,參賽者不能再次參加其他展覽、比賽等活動,否則大賽組委會將追究其法律責任。
1. The organization committee of the competition reserves the exhibition, publication and advertising rights of all participating works. Any other units and individuals shall not advertise, publish and display the design scheme of the award-winning works of the competition and not transfer such to any other third party, or else those in question shall be held accountable therefor by the organization committee. The participants shall not use the award-winning works in any other exhibition and competition, or else those in question shall be held accountable therefor by the organization committee.
2.本次競賽第一名獲得者,西咸新區(qū)絲路文化旅游發(fā)展有限公司將與其簽訂旅游+主題樂園VI設(shè)計合同。
2. Xixian New Area Silk Road Culture Tourism Development Co., Ltd. will sign a VI design contract on the Travel + Theme Park with the one winning the first prize in this competition.
3.參賽作品要求原創(chuàng),如因抄襲和剽竊他人作品、竊取商業(yè)機密而發(fā)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等均由參賽者自行承擔責任,對此大賽組委會有權(quán)取消其參賽資格并索回相關(guān)獎項。
3. The participating works shall be original. In case of disputes over intellectual properties and copyrights incurred by plagiarizing other's works and stealing trade secrets, the participants shall assume the liability therefor on his own and the organization committee shall be entitled to cancel the eligibility thereof and reclaim the relevant awards.
